The prices of the items are exclusive of the shipping charges outside India. Shipping is free only for customers within India.

In our experience, small parcels don’t normally incur any custom duties. But, if any customs duty is levied then it will need to be borne by the customer.
We ship all our clothes through UPS or FedEx, two most reliable parcel services in the country. We will send you an e-mail with the expected date of delivery and the tracking number so that you can check the status online.
If the shipment is domestic i.e. within India, it will take a maximum of four days. In case of international shipping, delivery takes place within a time span of one week to ten days depending on shipping country.

Please keep in mind that these are hand woven, handmade products. There may be a certain amount of irregularities in it. But if there is any major defect in quality (which is not expected) and subjective to appropriate review by our concerned back end team, then we will certainly stand by our product and provide a replacement or store credit. We try our best to fit the blouses to the sizes given by you. In spite of that, if the blouse doesn’t fit you, they are stitched with about two inch margins and can be easily altered by either adding a stitch or removing a stitch. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself you can send it back to us with detailed instructions and we will re-alter and send it back to you.
