Please keep in mind that these are hand woven, handmade products. There may be a certain amount of irregularities in it. But if there is any major defect in quality (which is not expected) and subjective to appropriate review by our concerned back end team, then we will certainly stand by our product and provide a replacement or store credit. Please send an email to customercare@beamolika.com regarding the issue within three days of receiving the parcel.

  1. Items are returnable/exchangeable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from its description of the product detail on the Amolika website.
  2. The product must be returned/exchanged in the exact way in which it was delivered. Any signs of it being used post delivery would make the product ineligible for return or exchange.
  3. The request for return/exchange must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  4. Once the return/exchange is received, the refund will be initiated.
  5. The refund amount will be credited into your amolika account, which can be reutilized to place an order within next 30 days.
